Fixed-interval poll docs point to old miden-client issue links

The frontend template still points readers at issue links under the old `0xMiden/miden-client` repository in the fixed-interval network poll notes:

- `0xMiden/miden-client#2111` now redirects through `rust-sdk` to `0xMiden/web-sdk#107`.
- `0xMiden/miden-client#467` returns 404, while the corresponding event-tracking issue now lives at `0xMiden/rust-sdk#467`.

These links appear in both `README.md` and `CLAUDE.md`. Updating them would keep the TODO/follow-up references clickable and point template users at the active tracking issues.
