Poll explorer link

The faucet shows a link to the explorer with the transaction id. Currently we just build the link and show it on the frontend, but there is a lag between submitting a transaction and it being commited and visible on the explorer.

We can improve this by adding the _commited_ status update. The status progress should be:
creating transaction -> proving transaction -> submitting transaction -> transaction committed
