Fetch mint status with `getNetworkNoteStatus`

描述
Currently the faucet returns the P2ID note id, so the frontend polls it with `getNotesById` and would only time out when the network does not mint.
Instead, it could return also the MINT note id, so the frontend would be able to check its status with `getNetworkNoteStatus`, and resolve when it returns `NULLIFIER_COMMITTED`. This way, the frontend would be able to catch any errors during the network account minting.
