Add looping instructions

I was exploring some examples, and I saw the looping statements loop and while, but I didn't find it in instructions tab, please add the description for it.

Look at the instructions tab in the examples repository to see how other instructions are documented. Find the loop and while statements in the code examples, then add clear descriptions for them in the appropriate documentation section. Verify by checking that the documentation renders correctly.
