fix: re-cut v0.13 snapshot to reflect correct folder structure

The v0.13 snapshot was cut with the old workflow before the folder structure fixes. As a result:
- Tutorials are at `builder/tutorials/` instead of `builder/develop/tutorials/`
- Client docs are missing entirely (due to wrong source path in the workflow)

After the workflow fixes land, the v0.13 snapshot needs to be re-cut so that it reflects the current information architecture.

Find the workflow that cuts the v0.13 snapshot, likely in a .github/workflows directory. Check the source paths for tutorials and client docs. After confirming the corrected workflow has landed, re-run the snapshot generation. Verify the output places tutorials at builder/develop/tutorials/ and includes client docs.
