Some ideas for improvements in the tutorials I came across:
- Following the steps from https://0xmiden.github.io/miden-docs/imported/miden-compiler/src/usage/cargo-miden.html#getting-started-with-cargo, I eventually get asked to run `midenc run target/miden/release/foo.masp --inputs some_inputs.toml`, but at that point I don't have `midenc` installed. Following the installations steps: "To get started, there are a few ways you might use the Miden compiler. Select the one that applies to you", I was under the impression I can use either/or. But to fully run the examples, it seems that I need both?
- It's not clear what I should do next after I create a new example with `cargo miden example `
- Following up on the examples tutorial: it would be great to have an end-to-end example that includes interaction with the actual network (e.g. our testnet). From the tutorial itself, it's not clear how I would e.g. deploy the counter contract and increment the counter.
- https://0xmiden.github.io/miden-docs/imported/miden-compiler/src/guides/develop_miden_in_rust.html seems broken/incomplete
- https://0xmiden.github.io/miden-docs/imported/miden-compiler/src/guides/develop_miden_rollup_accounts_and_note_scripts_in_rust.html is empty (should be removed if it's meant to be empty for now?)
