New bug

**the bug**
1- Just stuck on a blank screen or a screen saying 'Downloading latest UAD lists from github...'. 2- Won't respond to any commands but 'select all' and 'unselect all.'

**Expected behavior**
It should show the packages of the device connected and should not take time to do so, or to load the recommended packages for the device connected. I should also be able to use the uninstall, enable, disable, etc., any other than 'select' and 'unselect'.
