Quick Settings not functioning after debloat(as-well as tapping on notifications)

**Describe the issue**
The issue i am having is that i cannot use the quick settings anymore, as-well as tapping on notifications. I can still pull the quick settings down, but they do not work.

I cannot find a solution to this at all, all of the ones i find are "Quick settings not pulling down"
Will update this if a solution is found

I do not think this will help. This seems like a package removed.

As a last resort I may factory reset, but I hope you lovely people can find a fix
