Quick Settings not functioning after debloat(as-well as tapping on notifications)

**Describe the issue**
The issue i am having is that i cannot use the quick settings anymore, as-well as tapping on notifications. I can still pull the quick settings down, but they do not work.

I cannot find a solution to this at all, all of the ones i find are "Quick settings not pulling down"
Will update this if a solution is found

I do not think this will help. This seems like a package removed.

As a last resort I may factory reset, but I hope you lovely people can find a fix

Review the debloat logs and the list of packages removed by the recommended and advanced options. Identify which system packages related to Quick Settings and notification handling might have been removed. Check the project's documentation or code for package lists and their functions. Test by re-enabling suspected packages via ADB to see if functionality returns.
