I can't uninstall nor disable an app

**Describe the bug**
I tried to uninstall an app (SysDLL) or (Co.sitic.pp) on my Vivo V2035, but nothing happened, then I tried to disable the app and still nothing really happened, I oppened the log list, and for both, Uninstall or disable the app I get an error.

**Expected behavior**
So I was expecting to erase that app, bc the only thing that the app do is to show a window like a pop ad about the company

I Try the same thing like a hundred times, and I don´t have the knowledge nor experience to do a root or even replace de system of the phone
