UAD does not work with Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 + no descriptions

App sees the installed packages and shows correctly enabled/disabled packages. However, then I try to Uninstall or disable a package, it does nothing.

Second issue is - there are no descriptions even for Google apps.

**Expected behavior**
I expect the app to disable or uninstall a package, once it is selected and disable/uninstall or the Disable selection buttons are pressed.

The log file UAD_20230306.log is attached; start by examining it for ADB command failures or device-specific errors. Look at the code handling package uninstall/disable operations, likely in the ADB interaction module. Test on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 or similar device to reproduce the issue. 'Done' means the app successfully uninstalls or disables packages on that device model.
