Removing "com.oneplus.simcontacts" can crash "com.android.dialer"

Removing "com.oneplus.simcontacts" makes the dialer app ("Phone" ; "com.android.dialer") crash if it tries to display the call history.
Exception message (from Logcat): "Failed to find provider com.oneplus.simcontacts for user 0; expected to find a valid ContentProvider for this authority"

I would propose moving "com.oneplus.simcontacts" from "Recommended" to "Advanced" or "Expert" and updating the description to reflect the possibility of this issue occuring.

Find where 'com.oneplus.simcontacts' is listed and move it to a different category. Also update the description for that package to warn about the dialer crash.
