Apps reinstall after changing Google account status from kids account

**Describe the bug**
When the person owning a Google account turns 13 (or a different age in some jurisdictions), they can remove the link to their supervisor. This reinstalls all the apps removed with UAD.

**Expected behavior**
Apps stay uninstalled even after removing supervision.

**You have a solution?**
No. I doubt you can do much. It might be an issue on Google's side.
