Display stops working in horizontal mode.

**Xiaomi Redmi 13C**:

** The display of the phone stops working in the horizontal mode every time i rotate it. But when i lock it and unlock it after sometime it works fo6ne but when i put it in vertical mode, it stops working again. If i touch the screen it doesnt function.**

** I dont have that apparently. becuase i factory restore my phone but still the issue remains.**
