download last version of "uad_gui-windows.exe"
start "uad_gui-windows.exe"
-> no window

download last version of "uad_gui-windows-opengl.exe"
start "uad_gui-windows-opengl.exe"
-> no window

**Expected behavior**
show a windows

**You have a solution?**
tried to run in a clean-install Win11-VM.
tried to run older versions.

**UAD log**
there was no log generated.

The issue is about the GUI executable not launching on Windows 11 23H2. Start by checking the build configuration for the Windows targets, particularly the GUI entry points and any Windows-specific initialization code.
