[Japanese] Some sequences in English even in Japanese mode

We had a report that the boat scene text was in english, even when playing in Japanese mode.

I think that scene has no japanese voices, so if you could not read English you wouldn't be able to understand what was happening

I think also the the EP8 ending sequence has a similar issue, but there is japanese audio for that scene at least.

This issue would be most annoying for non-english speakers for sequences which do not have japanese audio, since even if you can't read the English text, you could still listen to the japanese audio (if it exists on that scene).

Investigate the "boat" scene, to see if there is some existing japanese mode that can be enabled? I thought that part should work....

Look for the boat scene and EP8 ending sequence in the codebase, likely in script or text files. Check how language modes are handled and where Japanese text should be substituted. Verify if Japanese audio tracks exist for these scenes. Testing changes will require running the game in Japanese mode to see the text.
