Tips Menu background not replaced in Answer Arcs (or at least Ch.8)

Description
I was looking at Ch.8 today and noticed it still uses the old background for the TIPS menu.
Currently we have a `tipsback.png` in our `shared` folder, which means it should apply to all chapters
I'm guessing the file has a different name in the answer arcs, but I haven't investigated it thoroughly

Check the 'shared' folder for tipsback.png and compare with the Answer Arcs asset structure. Look for differently named background files in the Answer Arcs directories.
