Description
Story
The release of enablers were removed from Zowe release, hence the published artefacts will become obsolete and possibly vulnerable.
Create github actions to be able to release the enablers independently of Zowe. Now, they are both part of the Specific binary release workflow.
Acceptance Criteria
Python and nodejs enabler can be released manually at any time using dedicated github workflows.
