zmk module remove not working in v0.5.0

Description
It seems that in v0.5.0 it's not possible to remove a module completely.
when using zmk module remove it get's removed from /config/west.yml and all files in .zmk/modules/...are deleted, but .zmk/config/west.yml remains untouched.
When using zmk module list afterwards, the module ist still listed as installed, even though it's not.
