Description
Hi, thanks for your work. My environment is:
ubuntu==18.04
python==3.6.8
pytorch==1.4.0
cuda==10.0
when I first run the train.py, there is a error about 'ninja'. I have resolved it and obtained a result. But when I change the model from 'encnet' to 'deeplab', the code doesn't react at all, and there are no errors. Then I reuse the 'encnet', the codedoesn't react at all, and there are no errors. How can I resolve it?

Research direction
Start by reading train.py and reproducing the no-response behavior with the reported Ubuntu, Python, PyTorch, and CUDA versions, first using encnet and then deeplab. Compare the two runs and check whether the process is still active; done means identifying the cause or a concrete diagnostic that explains the silent behavior.
