Description

I have a question about the baseline dilated fcn model. I trained it with tensorflow but I didn't get the result in your paper. Could you tell me some details about dilated fcn model?(like batch_zise, lr and so on). Thank you very much!

Research direction

Start by locating the baseline dilated FCN model and the paper's training details, then compare them with the TensorFlow run described in the issue. Done means providing or documenting the missing settings, including batch size and learning rate, needed to explain the reported result.
