Description
Hello,
A quick toggle to mark folders as hidden/visibleon a system wide basis would be nice to have.
It would work by appending a . at the beginning of a folders name. So /pictures becomes /.pictures and everything inside that folder won't be recognised by the system as "here are photos".

Research direction
Start by locating the folder rename flow and any existing visibility controls in the Android file manager. Check how folder names are changed and how Android recognizes media folders; done means a toggle can prepend or remove the leading dot and the folder contents are no longer recognized as photos when hidden.
