Description
Encode:
Only able to select reading encoding, could add a writing encoding.
Also add line ending and bom setting.
Appearance:
- Title bar has the same colour as the text area, could use theme colour.
- Line number
- font settings
Large file
Instead of throw any error, load a small part of the beginning for preview purpose will be neat.
(Btw 20mb is not that big isn't it.)

- Save as new file
