Description

Some directories on my Windows 11 Samba share do not display all files, usually just a desktop.ini. I should have full permissions otherwise, and the files show up in any other directory on the machine as well as other samba clients, on Android and on Linux. MaterialFiles does however show the Linux samba host directory and files correctly.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the missing-file behavior with a Windows 11 Samba share and compare it with the working Android and Linux cases; done means affected directories display all files rather than only desktop.ini.
