What Should Happen
It should only collapse the keyboard, leaving the search on screen, unobstructed by the keyboard overlay
What Happens
Tapping the Collapse Keyboard button (down arrow) also triggers the Back action, clearing the active search/filter

- Happens with both Samsung Keyboard and GBoard
- Happens with both Navigation modes (Gesture and 3-Button)
- Noticed it after updating Material Files from v1.6.2 (shown below on a A13 device) to v1.7.4
