fix #4 and #7
is progenitor still the right thing? looks ok.
for the zerotier-one service:
- get it building with new rust or whatever
- use the up to date spec
- get it building in gh action
- could use a test similar to the test in the spec repo. there is an unofficial(?) testcontainers rust
- get it pushed to crates.io
