Description
Using judgments from TypeSafe's Jev inside the product: a judge the engine can ask on its own, the checks built on it (a brake for --auto, constraint pinning, tool_search reranking, self-authored tripwires), and a built-in hook mode for the existing ganja evaluate command (D564). Its first idea, the judge seam, blocks four other ideas, two of them in other themes.
Rank: 1 of 9 in the ideas index (rank means priority, not sequence; #49).
The ideas of this theme are the sub-issues of this issue, each labelled idea and verdict:do, verdict:park or verdict:drop.
- Verdicts: #47
- Rank: #49
- Map: #33

Research direction
Start with the linked theme records #47, #49, and #33, then inspect the existing ganja evaluate command and D564. Clarify which judgment seam and hook behavior are in scope, along with the four dependent ideas; done should be defined by the selected sub-issues and their verdicts.
