Description
I'm using copilot.lua and copilot-cmp.lua and find the workflow great, but prefer to start my sessions with copilot disabled, then enable it when desired/needed. Could there be an option added to change the initialized state from enabled to disabled?

Research direction
Start by tracing how copilot.lua initializes its enabled state and how copilot-cmp.lua interacts with that state. Add a configuration option that starts sessions disabled while preserving the existing way to enable Copilot, then verify the option's behavior in the relevant configuration or plugin entry point.
