Description

Describe the bug
When a HTML body is rendered with the Browser View add-on, the scroll button isn't working and you have to use the scroll bar.

To Reproduce

  1. Render a HTML body bigger than the body view
  2. Use the Body: RenderHTML (available with the Browser View add-on)
  3. Try to scroll with the scroll button

Expected behavior
The scroll button should work as it works for the other views.

Research direction

Start with the Browser View add-on's Body: RenderHTML view and compare its scroll-button behavior with the other body views. Reproduce the issue with an HTML body larger than the view, then verify that the scroll button moves through the rendered content as expected.
