Description

New feature request per IRC conversation to be able to get important ZAP information such as the Home Directory for the system from the command line without initialization ZAP.

And any other information we deem could be useful.

or

Thc202: instead of command line we could just provide the java classes (that provide the home directory and such), the plugin could call them directly (without the need to spawn another process). They could be published to Maven Central and the plugin would depend on them, similar to the Java API client

Research direction

Review the existing command-line startup and information-access paths, along with the Java API client approach mentioned in the issue. Clarify whether the result should be a CLI interface, reusable Java classes, or both, and define the information to expose. Done means ZAP information such as the home directory is available without initializing ZAP, with the chosen interface documented and tested.
