Feature Request: Report separation by host option

Description
Right now, the generated report will split up sections for different hosts and double count.
Great if this was a option that we could enable or disable. The ZAP UI does not separate by host and I it would be great if the report maintained the same consistency but at the same time i see how useful it is to separate. Having the option to do either or would be great!
Also having the option to generate a report for a specific host would be superb!
