Description
various pooler args connection_pooler_* are already configurable in the operator. it would be very handy to be able to set server_idle_timeout via the operator rather than having to build a new image oneself with that parameter set.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the operator exposes the existing connection_pooler_* arguments and how those settings reach PgBouncer. Confirm the available configuration entry points and any related tests; done means server_idle_timeout can be set through the operator without building a custom image.
