Proposal: official ru-RU localization (working community pack available)

The ZCode desktop app ships with en-US / zh-CN only. There is now a complete, working community localization pack:

warment/zcode-ru v2.0.0 — adds a true third locale (ru-RU) to the installed app:

• 5,018 UI strings — 100% of the renderer corpus (chat, settings, plugins, skills, MCP, subagents, git, automations…), plus built-in agent/output-style descriptions
• English fallback for new upstream strings; selector shows System / English / Русский
• One-command installer with automatic backup and --restore; MIT; strict validation tooling included

Proposal: consider shipping additional UI locales officially. The dictionary mechanism (IntlProvider registry + locale whitelists) makes adding a locale straightforward — we'd happily contribute the ru dictionary or integration. Alternatively, a "localization packs" track in this marketplace could host community locale packs (the current plugin format doesn't cover asar-level locale patches).

Start by reviewing the IntlProvider registry and locale whitelists mentioned in the proposal, then compare them with the ru-RU community pack and the current plugin format. The work is complete when the project has a decided, supported path for official locales or community localization packs and the ru-RU contribution or integration scope is defined.
