对于正在执行的项目, 例如, Apple HIG那个, 拖动更换位置:
显示的样式和已经停止的对话相同, 即使这个对话还在运行, 我已经聚焦于别的对话.
直到再点击此对话后恢复.

- 移动一个导航栏中在运行的对话(有旋转动画), 更换位置
- 在再次点击这个对话前, 显示的都是不再运行情况的样式(三个图表)

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in ZCode 3.12.3 on Windows 11 by moving a running conversation in the navigation bar while its spinner is active. Start by tracing the navigation item’s state update during reordering. Done means the moved conversation continues showing the running spinner without requiring it to be clicked again.
