[Bug] Windows 桌面版 会话切换卡爆了，体验跟 bug 一样难受。

最新版 zcode desktop windows 版是我用过最卡的 agent ，比 opencode 都卡 ，功能很多但核心体验实在太差了。
我开了 5 个项目， 其中 3 个都是 git worktree，切换会话会卡的好几秒，内存占用 3G+。
这么点负载在 codex 里非常丝滑，请给点力吧智谱的同志，你们周末送的 token 量很足，奈何蹬不动……

附类似 issue ，这问题爆出来很久了，看起来没有任何进展？

1. 启动 zcode
2. 新建项目1，开会话干活
3. 新建项目2，开会话干活
4. 新建项目3，开会话干活
5. 等跑几轮后(1小时以上)，鼠标点不同会话切换，卡得简直不能用。

期望表现 · Expected behavior

核心体验能达到 codex 的一半。

实际表现 · Actual behavior

核心体验不到 codex 的十分之一。

Reproduce the issue on Windows 11 with ZCode 3.11.2 using the listed sequence: several projects, including three Git worktrees, and multiple sessions after more than an hour. Measure session-switching delays and memory usage, and review the related issues #1 and #532 before defining what improvement is sufficient.
