[Bug] Ui scrolling issues and Real Time Token Visibility

On Brave Browser On Mobile We Cannot Scroll in the sidebar which is a major bug as we cannot access settings AND when we refresh the tokens stop coming in ,in real time but rather just spawning after a few seconds which is pretty annoying.

复现步骤 · Steps to reproduce

1.Brave Browser
2.hit sidebar
3.scroll won't work
4. chrome or any browser
5. refresh
6. tokens spawning rather than real time

shouldn't scroll and tokens spawn
