My GLM Coding Pro subscription (Legacy Plan V2, $64.8/month) failed to renew on Aug 29, 2026 because my bank had temporarily deactivated my card. I reactivated the card and also removed/re-added the payment method on the billing page, but no charge was made and my account now shows as not subscribed.

I would like to keep my Legacy V2 Pro plan rather than being forced onto the new current Pro pricing. Could someone manually reinstate my Legacy V2 Pro plan and process the renewal charge on my active card?

1. Subscribed to GLM Coding Pro (Legacy Plan V2, $64.8/month).
2. Bank temporarily deactivated the linked Visa card.
3. Renewal on Aug 29, 2026 failed due to the deactivated card.
4. Reactivated the card with the bank, then removed and re-added the payment method in Z.ai billing settings.
5. No renewal charge was made; "My plan" page still shows as not subscribed.

期望表现 · Expected behavior

The Legacy V2 Pro plan should be automatically renewed (or manually reinstated by support) once the payment card is active again, charging the correct Legacy V2 price ($64.8/month) instead of leaving the account unsubscribed.

实际表现 · Actual behavior

No renewal charge was made after reactivating the card. The account now shows "Not subscribed" and the Legacy V2 Pro plan appears to have been lost, with only the new current Pro plan ($56/month) available for re-subscription.
