The ZCode "Start Plan" (Weekend Build promotional offer with 300M GLM-5.3-Flash tokens) is completely non-functional due to missing model configuration. The plan does not include GLM-5.3-Flash in its available models list, making it impossible for users to access or use any of the 300M promotional tokens.
Impact:
- Users claimed the Weekend Build offer are affected
- No promo tokens are usable
- Users see advertised 300M tokens but cannot access them
