俩对话，一个正常对话，一个正在审批中的对话。
将正在审批中的对话拖入正常对话，会触发分屏，这一步没问题。
问题出在审批中的那个对话会持续激活，点击那个正常对话，激活态无法转移过去

Reproduce the issue on macOS with ZCode v3.9.2: place an approval-in-progress conversation beside a normal conversation and click each pane.
