问题描述 · Description
在国产麒麟桌面版操作系统中使用zcode，进行开发任务，然后把zcode界面最小化，做他工作时：频繁弹出zcode窗口，而且窗口是在最前，不停打断其他工作。
开发任务无论设置成什么权限，都会占用前台焦点，设置成变更前确认权限，会看出来：弹窗占前台，出现审批选项。
复现步骤 · Steps to reproduce
- 打开zcode
- 开始一个开发任务
- 权限设置
完全访问 - 窗口最小化
- 做其他工作是，弹出zcode窗口，而且zcode窗口在最前，打断其他工作，甚至是打字。
- 最小化zcode窗口，不久又弹出。有时频繁的几秒中就弹出。
期望表现 · Expected behavior
不要抢占其他窗口工作，不要自动弹窗，既然有提示，无需弹窗。最小化窗口后不要自动弹出。

zcode频繁弹窗。

Research direction
