Description
Hey question about multi-character refs in Scail-2.
In the video, at the start there’s only one girl, and the second one enters the frame later. But ref image 1 already has both of them.
What happens is Scail generates both girls from the start, so the second one is already there doing stuff, and then when she’s actually supposed to enter according to the video mask, she kinda teleports to the right place
What approach would you recommend for this kind of case? Separate refs for both women, something else? I've tried describing it in prompt already.
I use the replacement_mode=false trick with black background for image refs.

Research direction
No files, tests, or implementation entry points are identified. Start by reviewing how SCAIL-2 handles multi-character reference images, scene entry timing, and replacement_mode=false with masked references; done would require a documented or implemented approach for characters entering later without teleporting.
