Improve helpers performance

**Feature request**
It would be great to have export for store.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_export` with default `false`.

Start by locating the store implementation and existing configuration options in the repository; no file or test path is named in the issue. Trace how configuration is loaded and how store data is handled, then verify that export is disabled by default and works when enable_export is set to true.
