Add TypeScript types for controllers

**Feature request**
It would be great to have serialization for routes.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_serialization` with default `false`.

First reconcile the title's request for TypeScript controller types with the body’s request for route serialization. Trace the controllers, routes, and configuration entry points mentioned in the issue, then clarify the intended scope and serialization behavior. Done should include an agreed implementation target and confirmation that enable_serialization defaults to false.
