Add TypeScript types for parsers

**Feature request**
It would be great to have filtering for store.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_filtering` with default `false`.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the store implementation and configuration entry points, then trace how store queries are handled. Done means filtering is available for production deployments and the new enable_filtering option defaults to false.
