Optimize utils for large datasets

**Feature request**
It would be great to have pagination for types.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_pagination` with default `false`.

Start by locating the type-handling code and configuration loading in the Shell-based terminal agent. Read how types are currently listed and how options are parsed, then clarify pagination behavior, supported settings, and the expected default before implementation. Done means large type datasets can be paginated while pagination remains disabled by default.
