Handle edge cases in pagination

It would be great to have search for lib.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_search` with default `false`.

Start by locating the lib directory and the existing configuration handling for the proposed enable_search option. Clarify what "search for lib" should search and how users should invoke it, then verify that the option defaults to false and that the requested search behavior is covered before considering the work done.
