Update lib documentation

**Description**
Currently parsers lacks proper backup support.

**Proposed solution**
Add configurable backup with sensible defaults.

**Priority**: Low/Medium

Start in the lib documentation and locate the parser implementation and any existing backup-related behavior. Determine the configuration entry point and expected defaults from the surrounding code, then verify that parser backups can be configured and work with the chosen defaults.
