Support notifications configuration

**Feature request**
It would be great to have export for auth.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_export` with default `false`.

Start by locating the configuration parsing and authentication export entry points in the repository. Check how existing options are declared and tested, then verify that enable_export defaults to false and controls export behavior for production deployments.
