Add configuration options for pagination

**Feature request**
It would be great to have search for lib.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_search` with default `false`.

No file, test, or entry point is named. First reconcile the title's pagination request with the body’s request for library search, then identify the configuration entry point and existing tests for the affected behavior. Done should be defined as the agreed option and its expected behavior, including the default false value.
