Add configuration options for pagination

**Feature request**
It would be great to have import for validation.

**Use case**
Many users need this functionality for production deployments.

**Implementation idea**
Add a new config option `enable_import` with default `false`.

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating configuration handling and the validation import path, then verify that an enable_import option is recognized and defaults to false; the mismatch between the pagination title and import request should be clarified first.
